Building was originally a 4 unit apartment shell. Added new foundations, structural, elevator, decks, siding, roof, walls, and all interior elements including a chemo “hood” and components.

Job was completed in under 6 months.

Created downstairs “clean room” for future use. Created single 1 bedroom apartment for owner, complete with kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Added exterior deck and railings.
