Equinox Custom Design

Equinox was a two-part project. Turn an old gym into a wifi lounge, complete with new HVAC, windows, bookcases, and bench seating.

Part 2 was to turn the old leasing office into a great room, with new structural steel, fireplace, and kitchen. Finishes came from around the world.

Wall cladding from Portugal, tile from Italy, lighting from Australia. Solid walnut was custom milled and finished on site. The kitchen cabinet upper doors were custom designed and fabricated to give the space an industrial feel.

The end result was two new amenities worthy of a spread in an interior design magazine.
